-The welfare who is receiving a social support from city for living because they are struggle to find a job. 

How does welfare tenant system work in Japan?

-There are 2 ways of how to be paid the rent if your tenant is welfare.

Option 1

Owner can receive a money for rent from city directly. This system is called 代理納付.

Option 2

Welfare receives the supported money from city on the fixed date every month and then he/she will pay the rent to the owner by themselves. if there is no rent guarantee company in the lease contract, there is a risk to not collect the rent on time.
